Since our items are custom‑made personalized photo products, every piece is produced exclusively based on your uploaded photos and requirements.

✅ Please note:

Custom products cannot be returned or refunded for simple change of mind.
Please double‑check your uploaded photo, text and information before placing your order.
If there are production defects, wrong items or quality problems on our side, please send us clear photos within 7 days after you receive the parcel. We will arrange re‑production or refund for you.
We do not accept refunds caused by blurry original photos provided by customers.
